This intensive training with Leslie Korn provided a comprehensive education in the principles and practices of integrative mental healthcare. The curriculum explored the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, emphasizing the crucial role of lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management in mental well-being. Through in-depth lectures, case studies, and interactive discussions, I gained proficiency in developing personalized, holistic treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based complementary and alternative therapies alongside conventional medical approaches. This certification demonstrates my commitment to addressing the whole person in mental healthcare and expanding my toolkit to offer more comprehensive and effective support to clients.
